A little about Trevis...
After a lifetime of drinking coffee the true passion for roasting was influenced by a number of things. Living in the Seattle, Washington area for 6 ½ years, fondly known as “The Great Northwest”, before returning to Winnipeg was a real eye opener. Seattle and area played a big part in developing, and still influences the ever-changing Specialty coffee roasting and beverage market. Another factor that solidified the need to roast, not just coffee but specialty coffee, was meeting and learning from a Master Roaster. This Master Roaster's years of coffee roasting experience and dedication to coffee excellence sets a high standard to follow.
